Ryan Steinberg, LMHC, MBA | Banyan Treatment Centers
Ryan Steinberg, LMHC, MBA is the Executive Director at Banyan Treatment Centers. He oversees Banyan Boca, Banyan Stuart, Banyan Pompano and has launched Banyan’s Telehealth Programming. He has worked extensively with client populations at the ASAM 3.7 – 2.1 levels of care treating adults diagnosed with Substance Use Disorders and Mental Health Disorders. Ryan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with the state of Florida and has attained his Healthcare MBA at Florida International University, where he became certified in Lean Six Sigma. Ryan lends both his clinical training, along with his business mastery to be able to effectively lead the national behavioral healthcare agency. He champions systemic innovation through technological advancements as well as embracing an evidence-based approach throughout all his operations. Ryan is also an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and he has received advanced clinical training in sexuality/gender related issues.
